If you are looking to stay local, you will find yourself turning green from excitement at the Westgate Resort and Spa, where they are hosting St. Patrick’s Day activities all weekend long from March 15th to 17th. These activities include a St. Patrick’s Day-themed scavenger hunt at 10:00 am on the 15th, 16th, and 17th. This is a great opportunity for your little leprechauns to search for that pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. As the day goes on, Westgate is hosting St. Patrick’s crafting so you can all make four-leaf clovers to bring luck in 2024. This will be held from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM on the same days. For those who like to have their crafts and eat them too, there will be cookie decorating from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM on the 16th. To wrap up the day and test your luck, there will be bingo bursting with bagpipes and big smiles from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM on the 15th, 16th, and 17th. Down in the valley, there is a Salt Lake City St. Patrick’s Day Parade and Festival at The Gateway, 400 W 200 S from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This parade and festival is a lively affair, featuring colorful floats, marching bands, Irish dancers, bagpipers, and plenty of enthusiastic spectators decked from head to toe in green. This parade route will wind its way traveling east to Rio Grande and through The Gateway. This event is sure to offer a festive and family-friendly atmosphere for leprechauns of all ages.
